  • Can I call for support?

    Delivery support is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM via phone at 415-562-6334.

  • Is MediThrive delivery licensed?

    YES.

  • Can anybody order for delivery?

    Yes, if you are 21 years of age and have valid ID. 18+ can order with a valid doctor’s recommendations. You will be asked to provide a valid ID when creating a profile.

  • What type of ID is required?

    Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. You will need to email us at budtender@medithrive.com.

  • Is there an order minimum?

    Yes, the order minimum: San Francisco $50. Peninsula $75. Contra Costa County $150.

  • What is your delivery range?

    San Francisco proper 7X7

    San Mateo county cannabis delivery:
    Daly City, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Millbrae, San Bruno

    Contra Costa county cannabis delivery to:
    Dublin, Pleasanton, Alamo, Canyon, Concord, Danville, Diablo, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Walnut Creek.

  • What kind of payment do you accept?

    1. Cash (ATM available inside)

    2. Debit Cards*

    *Fee – $4.99 and must have 4 digit pin number

    3. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.*
    *Fee – $4.99 excluding tips.

  • Do I have to be a member of your dispensary to order delivery?

    No, but we will need to verify you age and we will need your address and phone number to deliver.

  • How long will my order take?

    In San Francisco, Estimated delivery window of 30 – 120 minutes depending on your location and the traffic conditions.

    In Contra Costa, we deliver from 9am – 1pm,  1pm – 4pm, 4pm – 7pm  and we will give call and confirm your order and window.

  • Can I pre-order and set the time for my delivery?

    Yes, you will be able to choose your preferred delivery hour and day during the checkout.

  • How long will my order be held for pickup?

    Pick-ups go back at the end of the night.

  • Are you a medical or recreational delivery service?

    Both! Medithrive serves the medical and recreational community.

  • Am I able to receive my senior, veteran, and birthday 10% off discount on delivery orders?

    Yes! If you belong to any of the above descriptions, please let your phone coordinator know. We’ll ask you to send proof of your status.

    Any one  on the front lines fighting COVID-19 will get 15% OFF their entire purchase. Please bring your badge for verification.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an text SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.

  • Can I change my delivery address once I have already ordered?

    Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change the address as the driver has already left. Please make sure you are there to pick-up the order.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. MediThrive only allows returns for the incorrect product delivery or defective cartridges (within 48 hours of purchasing).

  • Can I tip the driver?

    Our drivers appreciate all tips.

  • Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

    Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.

  • How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?

    Well, that all depends on your friends… but please note that we are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.

  • Anything else?

    You are responsible for being present for deliveries. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order and you will be responsible for being physically present with a Valid government issued ID.

  • What is the Service Fee?

    The service fee is the fee that Medithrive customers pay for deliveries. Medithrive uses the service fee to better serve our delivery customers. The service fees are used for a variety of purposes including customer promotions and discounts, customer support, and maintaining a driver team.

  • What do I need to know before using credit cards at MediThrive?

    MediThrive accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
    credit cards for both in-store and delivery cannabis purchases throughout San Francisco and
    the East Bay.

    You will be asked to show a valid ID and your credit card at the register or to your delivery driver. If the name on your ID does not match the name on your credit card, we cannot process your payment. When you receive your credit card statement, the transaction name will be “QuickCard,” not MediThrive. This is the company we use to process your transaction. Need help?
