COVID -19 Store / Delivery Update
– Curbside Pick-Up –
Both our storefront and the delivery service are open to serve our customers during these difficult times.
We are now offering curbside pick-up. To get curbside pick-up click on Current Menu and order your product. Drive to our store, pull up directly in front, park, and when ready, call us or announce yourself to the security doorman, who should be outside. Please be patient, and give him a few minutes to free up, if he is interacting with another customer.
One of our staff members will come out, check your ID, take your payment, and give you the product without having your leave your vehicle.
We have reserved parking spaces in front of our store for this process.
– Online Pre-Order Convenience –
While our store is now open for consultations, we also offer online pre-orders for expedited service and convenience. Order from home with our FASTRAK service, come in to the store for pickup, and then go about the rest of your day. Once you place your online order, please wait to get a text confirmation. After you receive a text from Medithrive, please proceed to our storefront and let the security doorman know that you are picking up an order. Your order will be waiting for you. Please don’t forget to bring your state issued ID, license or passport.
– Delivery –
To expedite everyone’s delivery timing and reduce unnecessary touchpoints we are asking that you have the exact cash payment ready at the time of delivery.
Given global concerns regarding the Coronavirus(COVID-19), we wanted to personally reach out and share the extra precautions Medithrive Dispensary and Delivery are taking to keep our customers and staff safe.
We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control(CDC) and local health organizations, and we have further elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol.
Here are some examples of what we are doing to keep both our customers and staff safe:
We are following all the latest developments on COVID-19, paying close attention to San Francisco and Bay Area-wide.
We have been continuously educating and reminding our staff on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures such as wearing gloves for both associates and patients.
Instructing our staff to wash their hand thoroughly and frequently, which has proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure.
Recommending to those who are not feeling well to stay home to prevent the spread of germs.
Security Staff opens the entrance/exit door for you.
Disinfecting high-touch hard surfaces throughout the dispensary, such as door handles, sales counters, host stand, glass displays, handrails, windows, and iPads.
Enhancing deep cleaning every night in all spaces, including mopping the entire floor with a disinfectant, in addition to cleaning the dispensary every two hours.
Increasing the deployment of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers within our dispensary.
Our delivery drivers will be disinfecting their hands and putting on a new pair of disposable gloves between each delivery.
We are asking our customers to make transactions as quickly as possible to minimize interactions.
We recommend that if you cannot order delivery, you call or visit us at Medithrive.com and place a preorder for pick up in-store. This will allow you to enjoy your cannabis in the quickest manner.
We are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to providing safety for our customers and our staff.
As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with the COVID-19, please do not come to the store and please do not order the delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
